    The owner, Jeff, has awesome customer service. I order this knife for my dad, chose a 2 day delivery, and it came as promised. When I tested the knife, I assumed it wasn’t working properly because it didn’t expand and retract.     Very happy with this purchase! The knife is a quality build. Good weight and with the blade out and locked, it's solid. No play. A BIG plus was that I ordered 2 knives. One after the other. I got a personal call from the owner who caught this and combined the orders. He saved me an extra shipping charge!!
