    It dosnt like to retract back down

    Thank you for the review, and I apologize you got one that isn't wanting to work properly Sad That would be the bottom lock not wanting to engage (easily corrected with my dremel, the notch in the blade just needs a little tickle to square it back up). Sometimes a problem doesn't show itself until however many flicks later. Have you put any kind of lube/oil down inside the track? If so, that could be causing the issue and would need to be cleaned/dry for the fasting moving blade. Considering the orientation you're holding the knife in the video, I am assuming that would NOT be the case as gravity should be helping the lock to engage, which isn't engaging.

    We did send you a prepaid return label but I'm showing you haven't used it yet and have already placed a new order with no mention of this piece... I am assuming you have it working properly now? Maybe a spec of whatever got in the track and has dislodged now? Either way, please contact customer service so we can note what happened and that you're satisfied!
