Item says it was delivered and I have not received anything. Haven't heard back from the store.

We know it's frustrating when a delivery doesn't go as planned. We shipped your item on the first day possible, and our first knowledge of any issue was your 1 star review (which we responded to immedietly). We are the sender, NOT the carrier. No sender has anything to do with whatever happens at your local PO. The tracking updates we've provided to you states 'Held at Post Office, at customer request' and now states 'Delivered, individual picked up at Post Office' after our emails showing you this.

We've provided links, screenshots, and our cell number to assist you. We've explained all this, and requested multiple times for you to update your review to show 'delivered'. Not sure why feel the sender should be penalized for doing what you've requested them to do (which is hand your package to the carrier) but Thank you for the 1 star review, we appreciate it and look forward to serving you again!
