decent but terrible for practice

coming from an elemental knives csgo bali, arrived with over 5 different chips/defects (some extremely visible). The hinges are badly oiled and you can tell which side doesnt swing normally.

We tried contacting you to see how we can help, but you never replied.... anything defective will certainly be corrected and we apologize if something was overlooked. As for 'badly oiled', the factory does not oil the hinges (or pivots) so any oil you see was a bonus we added for you (and it was KPL Original, a premium knife oil) as we tested the swing prior to shipment, so not sure what you mean by that? The pivots are adjustable, and a wrench should have been included. The factory DOES threadlock, and a tight pivot typically loosens up as you work in the oil we applied as a courtesy.... if that's what you meant? You just wiggle the handle around to work in the oil and should swing free, adjust as needed. We're here to help, please contact customer service so we can assist. Also, please keep in mind this is a 'washer only' model, but 'bushing' models are available if you prefer tighter tolerances. Thank You for the review!

Gorgeous knife

The knife is fabulous! It was a Christmas gift (they loved it). They love the weight and the quality of the knife. When I ordered the knife; it was out of stock. I was notified and they helped me with getting a very similar one. Owners are very personable and helpful. I will be purchasing from you guys again. Thank you.

The spring on the butterfly knife keep opening the knife when I close it other than that it was good

Slip a small o-ring over the end of your latch :) easy fix!
