      Product came flimsy and spring to it was weak.

      The pivot screw is adjustable? Next time please contact us first prior to leaving a negative review... we can't help if you don't ask? Just add a drop of oil, adjust to your liking and it should work great. Please keep in mind this is a low-cost 'novelty item' with a cool opening action, it's not supposed to feel like a $200 knife at this price range. We understand it's a little awkward the first time you pick it up (it's all in the way you hold it) but once you figure out positioning of your hands and adjust your screw, it's a quite fun item!
