The Raptor "hidden-release" dual action automatic knife is a fairly decently built switchblade (considering the cost) ready to take on some minor EDC (Every Day Carry) use.

Featuring an extremely sharpened blade with partial serration, hidden release button, seat belt cutter, lanyard hole and a glass breaker, this Raptor Automatic knife is all you will need in an emergency situation. The 1045 surgical steel partial serrated blade sports a dagger style with false upper edge and a middle groove with “Raptor” imprint. This well proportion size hidden release knife sports a solid stainless steel handle with a black stained diamond grip wood insert on both sides. The back of the handle sports an emergency glass breaker which can break through almost any though glass ensuring you a safe escape. It also has a seat belt cutter and a lanyard cord hole. The back of the handle sports a stainless steel pocket clip.

***To look at this knife, you may not even realize that it opens in an automatic fashion, but it sure does. Where is the release button? Well, there is no release button. Quick deployment of this blade is achieved by sliding / pivoting the bolster to the right. As an alternative to this, you can also use the ambidextrous thumb studs on the blade for manual deployment, making this a dual-action switchblade knife!

Garbage

Two screws fell out on first day. Can't tighten any screws because they all come stripped. Then after 3 days pocket clip comes off because 2 other screws come out. I had to use lock tight on the first 2. Pocket clip is Mia.

Good knife.

This knife is a great knife for the money. Its no Benchmade or microtech but for almost 20 dollars it seems pretty good for the money. I like the glass breaker on it. It is better than some of the glass breakers I have on other knives.
