I still have not received my product. Extremely upset and unsatisfied
We understand it's frustrating when a delivery doesn't go as planned, but did you know the sender actually has NOTHING to do with the package after handing it to the Carrier?
The customer (you) selected which carrier/method, and the sender (me) shipped your order less than two hours from the time you placed it (you're welcome) even though we were technically past the cut off time for the day. I am showing your package has now been delivered yesterday at 1:48pm.
I hope you can see the difference in what part the 'sender' has vs what part the 'carrier' has. If you'd like to walk into your local PO and express your 'carrier' frustrations directly to the 'carrier', please do so..... but you shouldn't blame the sender for having their name on the label. Neither of us can control what the carrier does. We have reached out to you with no response, but Thank You for the 1-star review, appreciate it!
