Screw came off part scatter

Your screw is supposed to be removable so you can clean it, have you read the description that tells you this? If you're constantly turning counter-clockwise, then of course the screw may loosen (righty tighty, lefty loosey). All you have to do is turn clockwise, and the screw will stay tight. If a screw comes loose, you just screw it back in BEFORE it falls out. If it falls out, you put it back in. What seems to be the problem?

I have an older six shooter. Not sure where it was purchased but very solid construction. These are not. Arrived with some of the little circles that go on the top in bottom of package.
