    Great little beginners Airsoft!

My 8yr old loves his little p90 as he calls it it's enough rounds I don't have to worry about reloading it mid session or have to worry about a jam etc he can pretty much handle it well alone. This d-90 has made his birthday a dream come true.

    the mag has no spring

i dont want to return it cus its a hastle but there is no spring in the mag so you have to hold it upright for them to roll back so you have to like crouch to shoot infront of you

The mag is 'gravity fed' as stated in the description, it's not supposed to have a spring :P The advantage is you don't have to do anything to keep firing the entire capacity, but yes you need to use gravity to feed...... so it's give and take to get the high capacity.

    Bad motor

I charged the battery for 8 hours after opening the box. Filled the stock mag and before I finished the mag the motor started grinding gears and the feeder system jamed.

Usually that would be a result of a BB getting jammed in the feeding tube (bump on the side, big seam, little square chunk accidentally getting poured in etc.), not necessarily the fault of the motor. If the gears ever grind, always stop immediately and grab that cleaning rod. Take out the mag, turn gun upside down.... and run that rod down the barrel to pop the bb out. Have you been able to clear the firing tube?

If the problem persists, you may want to discontinue using that particular brand of BB's and switch to higher quality. You have my cell number too if need, let me know if you got it figured out.
