Undersized bushings

The replacement blade is perfect, fits and works like a charm. The same is true for washers and mostly for pivots, only one pivot/bushing pair did not work from either a narrow bushing or a thick pivot. My one issue was all of the bushings are undersized, so they did not provide any tuning ability and made no difference from the stock bushings which came with one undersized.

EDIT: Updating to five stars for Jeff's excellent customer service. He sent a batch of new bushings and, while almost all of them were still undersized, I got a couple that fit and was able to tune the knife to my satisfaction. There's not much you can do with the manufacturer having such variance between blades but Jeff went above and beyond to help make things right.
