Please Note: In order to make the eyes look cooler with the white mesh netting, this in turn makes it more difficult for the user to see out of the mask.

False advertisement

The mask fit over the head just fine but the eye holes were FAR too apart and due to the vision being obscured it does not function as a mask whatsoever, also the eye shape and mask design is not consistent with the advertising images.

(The review was met with kind concern from seller, which was much appreciated. To clarify further on "vision being obscured", it was the eyes pattern being too far apart and not the mesh material, all material quality was really good, just not proportional to match the advertised images.)

We apologize for the unsatisfactory experience. As mentioned in our emails, we're assuming your specific piece may have been sewn together with a larger space than normal between the eyes. The samples I inspected and tried on seem to be fine with the spacing, but we do agree the eye shape seems to be a little more rounded once the material stretches over my head vs the mannequin in the stock photos from the supplier.

We have updated the listing to be more transparent about the variances from batch to batch and have issued a full credit/refund to your account. Thank you so much for your review and helping us improve!
