It was broken

The knob coming out to hook to a belt was broken. Pretty unsatisfactory

Thank you for the review and I apologize for the unsatisfactory threading of the pin. Most users aren't using the pin, but if you are we'd be happy to offer a $5 refund for the trouble of applying a threadlocker (which sometimes happens on an inexpensive piece) or we can replace the entire piece for you. Please keep in mind though, using a threadlocker would still be recommend on any piece you're actually going to 'wear' as a buckle. I've tried emailing, but still waiting for your reply to let us know how we can help?
