NO Threadlocker has been applied, we recommend doing so to ALL screws before flipping (don't over-tighten the Zen Pins, they may need adjusted along with the pivots to get a free swing). If you don't apply threadlocker to ALL screws at the exact adjustment you receive them in (depending on the specific piece) you may lose your tune almost immediately. Please Note: Our latest batch the Pivot Shaft (female end) may be a hair too long from TheONE factory to fully tighten with Baliplus handles. Pay attention to this as you may need to sand the length of your spares (we already corrected the pivots installed if necessary) or use one from another model that is already shorter, such as the falcon... they fit great.

I have both the tanto and alt blade version of this. They don’t come with tap or bad play by any means and S2G does WAY better a job not putting shitty bushings in these knives compared to ordering them straight from aliexpress but if you’re like me and you don’t want ANY wiggle in the slightest then the bushings don’t come undersized ever so you can always tune it to be as perfect as you want. These things last a while if you tune and oil them. They’re pretty durable. I’ve dropped mine quite a few times. The blades hold up well and are fairly sharp out of the box, though I did sharpen mine just a bit more. The balance between both blades are pretty different but it’s all preference. Both are great. I’d say just try both at some point cuz it’s definitely worth it. Just having two means you’ll have something mod in the future (that’s why I even bought two) I’ve kept all the stock hardware and only ever messed with the bushings. I tuned it and I’ve had perfect tolerances for a while now. it’s good. Good enough that I just had to get the alt blade. Though I will say sometimes you’ll get blade rub if you drop it and let the tolerances go to shit so honestly just learn how to tune it. It’ll save you a lot of money tuning this thing up than trying to get a real BRS rep. Flips great so there’s really no downside. And again S2G isn’t gonna give you shit bushings like aliexpress.

I've read the reviews, I've watched the videos.. This thing is a beast. After the initial purchase, I was in contact with Jeff and he gave me a solid rundown on everything about the blade. He seemed more than versed in the hobby and was very friendly and informative.
Tune :
To start this off, the tune was amazing on arrival. Zero tap, such little play it's basically non-existent. Everything feels good, everything feels good quality. Zen pins sound awesome.
Knife Review :
Really glad I went with the CF scales, they feel great in the hand, I'm sure the G10 would have been nice as well, however I'm in love with the CF so far!
In closing, S2G has made a customer of me. I will definitely be ordering an extra spare hardware as soon as it arrives.
Just received my black alt blade frankie.. it's an amazing knife. I had alot a questions and s2g answered them all and then some absolutely some of the best customer service I have ever had for a purchase of anything. The bali has very little play and no tap. This is my third purchase through S2G, and likely not my last. Not only is the knife perfectly put together, but the customer service I received regarding how I wanted it put together was 10/10. I‘m not the biggest fan of sandwich knives, but this one is worth buying for sure. Very well balanced, a little on the heavier side but it flips so smoothly with such good grip you don‘t even notice. High quality and durable titanium, nice multi-colored handle options for immediate bite handle recognition, super nice crispy sounds. Have had no problems with this, one of my favorites.
